I am so thrilled to be featured on the Southern Weddings blog today alongside so many talented friends and vendors! A "get-to-know-each-other" coffee date with Liz Singleton, of Events by Elizabeth Palmer, quickly transformed into a full blown southern hospitality inspired shoot.
This shoot is extra special to me because we incorporated family heirlooms throughout the shoot. All of the bride's and bridesmaids' jewelry (with the exception of the bride's hair pieces) belonged to my 97-year old grandmother. As the only granddaughter on my dad's side, my grandma and I bonded long ago over her love of jewelry. It means so much to have had the chance to incorporate something so special in such a labor of love.
I hope you'll visit the Southern Weddings blog to see the feature, and I will be sharing more images from the shoot soon!
Happy Wednesday everyone!
